Pai Pilates is located in Markham (Mount Joy area). The studio is equipped with 6 Merrithew reformers with towers (vertical frame) attached, 10 mats with grip towels included, props and light weights, as well as a Merrithew Cadillac Trapeze Table for private sessions.
